Jynx

“Jinx here!

I’m a beautiful, spayed, vaccinated, young lionhead rabbit who’s had a tough start in life. I was mistreated before I made my way to Broken Promises Rescue and arrived grumpy, with a broken leg, and food protective. My BP foster mom gave me tender loving care, healthy food/greens to nom, and socialized me while my leg was healing.

Soon, I’ll be ready for adoption to a bunny savvy, adult home. I’m still a bit reactive from my previous PTSD experiences, but I am learning to trust again. I want to find my loving forever home soon with someone who will be patient with me. Maybe it’s you?”

House rabbits should :

– live indoors with the family (like cats or dogs)

– use a litterbox

– free roam, but still need a spacious enclosure to feel safe (like a metal dog exercise pen)

– have 3+ hours minimum to exercise daily

– have chew toys for enrichment

– have feet on the ground; don’t pick them up!
