Billy is a sweet 3 year old boy .. he was found as a stray and all he wants to do is cuddle and sit on your lap ! He is a sweet and gentle boy and now looking for his forever home ! Black cats are the best !! He has had all his vetting done and waiting for his forever home !
He has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, micro chipped and snap tested (Negative for FIV and Feluk!)
