Merlin came to us at as a deaf and mostly blind and most people thought we should euthanize him. We could NOT do that. He disserved a chance at life and he proved to us that even though he could not hear and see very little, you can still have an epic life! We adopted him to the most amazing home who never treated him like he had a disability .. he had so many doggy friends, and adventures .. he was never treated like he “couldn’t do something” .. He swam, ran, hiked, camped and taught us all that no matter what you can’t do, there is still so much you Can do !
Ever think about adoption a “differently abled” animal? But also scared? Don’t BE !
