Jeremy is around 6 years old and is a rescue from Honduras. He’s smart, quick to learn commands and loves to dig in the sand.
He’s true to his Belgian Shepherd (Tervuren) mix traits and is protective and loyal and would make a good guard dog. He’s 40Ibs, so a medium size dog. He travels well in the car in his cage and is house trained, I’ve also taken him on multi day hikes and he carries his own food. He doesn’t chew furniture, nor bark or whine, or get anxiety when I leave him alone.
He needs space to run outside, where he is stimulated daily and can chase critters away. He’s anxious in the city (hence his reactivity to dogs in the neighborhood.) He’d probably do best without other dogs around and he can be wary of strangers entering the home, mostly males.
Jeremy is a courtesy post. He is not one of our dogs and we have never met him. We are only assisting to try and find a home for him.
