I am looking for the perfect home for Cleo who is a very sweet tortoiseshell calico.
I adopted Cleo from the SPCA 8 years ago where she had been rescued from a hoarding situation and had spent the first year of her life in a tiny cage, malnourished and with minimal interaction with anyone.
With lots of patience and love she has become a great companion . She does not like to be picked up but she loves to purr and sit next to you for cuddles. She will also sneak on to your bed and sleep quietly beside you. She also loves to play and will keep you laughing with her cat silliness.
Over the past few months my male cat has been intimidating her to the point where she lives in one bedroom. Since she is also intimidated by children, I would like to find her a home where she is the only pet, preferably with one or two caregivers. She is not living her best life in this present situation.
